Sun Care Formulas Demand More Than a Standard Tube
Sunscreen is not a generic cosmetic. Alcohol-based sun milks, high-SPF creams with active UV filters, oily sport formulas and after-sun gels each put different stress on the tube. A standard PE tube chosen at random leads to ink migration, active ingredient degradation, seal failure and shelf-life complaints.
✅ Alcohol and solvent resistance
Clear and fast-absorbing sunscreens contain high alcohol content. Ordinary inks and inner layers can swell or migrate. We specify alcohol-resistant structures for these formulas.
✅ UV filter protection
Active UV filters can degrade under light and oxygen. Opaque tubes and ABL aluminum barrier laminate protect the formula through shelf life.
✅ Leak-proof for outdoor use
Sunscreen travels to the beach, gym and family trips. Closure choice and heat-seal quality determine whether the tube leaks in a bag.
